Is The 180 medical treatment?

No. The 180 is education. We teach how the body works and what the evidence says; we don't diagnose, prescribe, or design a plan for your specific body. For anything clinical, your GP comes first.

Who's the doctor?

A doctor leads the teaching, and we keep the brand anonymous on purpose. No faces, no guru. The evidence has to stand on its own.

Why 180 days?

Real learning is slow, and the body is slower. Three phases — Reset, Rebuild, Retain — at roughly two months each. Six months will pass either way.

How much time does it take each week?

Three light touchpoints. A lesson on Friday, around twenty minutes. A short plan on Sunday. A few minutes of reflection on Wednesday. The rest is your week, lived normally.

Will it fix my sleep, hormones or gut?

We won't promise that, and we'd be wary of anyone who does. The 180 teaches how those systems work and what the evidence points to. What you try and what works for you is your call.
